The CHPH Team Strength and Conditioning Program offers a dynamic and professionally designed training experience tailored to committed club sports teams. Designed by a seasoned strength and conditioning coach with over 20 years of expertise, each program is customized to meet the unique performance goals of participating teams. Human Kinetics graduate and undergraduate students play an active role in delivering sessions, gaining hands-on experience under expert supervision. Training takes place in university facilities, including dedicated varsity gyms, a turfed outdoor field, and an indoor track. For added flexibility, teams may also arrange sessions at off-campus locations of their choosing, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

Athlete Strength & Conditioning

The CHPH High-Performance Athlete Training Program is designed for elite and aspiring athletes seeking personalized, results-driven strength and conditioning support. Each program is crafted by a veteran strength and conditioning coach with over 20 years of experience, ensuring evidence-based, sport-specific training that aligns with individual goals. Sessions are delivered by trained graduate and undergraduate students under expert supervision, providing a supportive and professional environment. Athletes train in any of the university’s premier facilities—including varsity gyms, a turfed outdoor field, and an indoor track (schedule permitting). There are also options to only receive facility access to perform their own training, or receive only programming delivered online to be completed wherever they may be training.
